Winner, Winner…
The day’s first winner.
At this year’s festival, we included a lucky dip. There were lots of great prizes and the participation from the visitors was tremendous. This young lady had the very first winning pick.
Huge Thank You!
A Huge Thanks goes out to our friends at Croydon Women’s Football Club. We are so proud to be a sponsor of the club and are humbled by their willingness to support the Kiwanis in our efforts to deliver community projects.
Here we have Pete, Emma, and Sarah…
Garden Clean Up
The Kiwanis Club of Croydon recently had the pleasure of volunteering at the Peppermint Children’s Centre, dedicating a day to tidying up the garden and play area. It was incredibly rewarding to work together, clearing weeds, planting new flowers, and generally sprucing up the outdoor space. We hope our efforts have created a more vibrant and welcoming environment for the children to play and learn in.
Here we have a few “Before” and “After” shots of the garden and play area.
Christmas Gift Bag Appeal
The Kiwanis Club of Croydon expresses Its sincerest thanks to all members, Supporters and friends.
Through your contributions, the Kiwanis Club of Croydon was able to deliver 188 gift bags to the Croydon Refugee Day Centre located on Whitehorse Road in Croydon.
This is an amazing achievement, and your continued support allows us to continue to fulfil our mission to serve the children within our community of Croydon.
Once again, a big thank you to all. Here are some pictures taken today with Lucy the family support coordinator and Reem one of the centre’s volunteers.
2024 Gift Bag Appeal
Here we thank Reverend Eben Nai and Reverend Mrs. Julie Nai and Esther Bella from the Action Chapel UK Church in Thornton Heath for their very kind donation of £300
